    Dr. Angele Sumpter

    Dr. Angele Sumpter graduated from the University of Purdue School of Veterinary Medicine in 2002. She also completed the Don Low Fellowship in Emergency and Critical Care at University of California, Davis, Veterinary Hospital. She is committed to practicing high quality medicine, and she strives to provide exceptional service to all her patients, treating them all as if they were her own.

    Dr. Sumpter is a member of the American Veterinary Medical Association, the California Veterinary Medical Association, and the Southern California Veterinary Medical Association.

    Dr. Sumpter is married and has a daughter and a son, as well as a Cavalier King Charles Spaniel named Marley, a greyhound named Charlie, a Siamese cat named Athena, a bearded dragon, and a turtle.

    In her free time she enjoys running, painting, and being silly with her kids.

  • Dr. Marcos Coins

    Dr. Coins joined is a graduate of  Ross University and completed his last year of veterinary school at Louisiana State. He is a member of the American Veterinary Medical Association, the California Veterinary Medical Association, and the Southern California Veterinary Medical Association. His interests include surgery and internal medicine. He resides in San Clemente with his rescue dog Ripley. You can find them surfing, swimming, and enjoying the beautiful San Clemente beaches on any given sunny day. 
  • Dr. Laura Bradley

    Dr. Bradley first became interested in becoming a veterinarian when she was eight years old. She found an injured California scrub jay (bird) and was able to nurse it back to life, releasing it back to the wild when it had fully recovered. The joy of seeing the jay fly away made her realize her passion and future path, and she has never looked back since. She graduated from Ross University and spent her last year of vet school at Oregon State University. Her hobbies include wildlife rehabilitation, baking, and games, such as escape rooms and board games. She is a member of the American Veterinary Medical Association, the Southern California Veterinary Medical Association, the International Wildlife Rehabilitation Council, and volunteers through various organizations such has Be the Match and

    Management, registered veterinary technician
    Angie has worked in the veterinary field for over 20 years and brings with her extensive management and technical skills. She was an office manager and a registered veterinary techician for two successful veterinary practices before coming aboard at Ladera Ranch Animal Hospital.
